You complete the DDNGuide order form and submit along with your CBCT/DICOM files and your patient impressions using the link below.

2. Initial guide design
DDN will overlay the CBCT and impression data and will begin design according to your DDNGUIDE Order Form.

3. Guide refinement
We schedule a virtual meeting/phone call to confirm the final implant position or make any planning alterations.

4. Design confirmation
We design the guide and provide you with the protocol for final confirmation.

5. Manufacture + delivery
The guides are manufactured by DDN and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
